We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the Recruitment Team. You will join one of the three branches: 'Talent Attraction', 'Talent Sourcing', or 'Talent Acquisition', and contribute directly to the recruitment of new members for Lapsus.
Process
1. Careful review of your application.
2. Email response, positive or negative, regarding your progression in the recruitment process.
3. 10-minute introductory video conference interview if your application proceeds.
4. Technical test designed to evaluate your skill level.
5. One-hour video conference interview for an in-depth review of your application.
6. On-site interview to meet the teams and the President, followed by a job offer if there is a mutual agreement.
