Lab
The Lab division invents the concepts for our digital products by imagining new technological uses serving human relationships.

Invent
The Lab starts every project with an intense and demanding creative exploration. We search for that moment of intuition that only strenuous intellectual effort can often provoke. We read scientific works, global news, essays, novels, studies and even spiritual writings; we explore every field of knowledge that might spark the right inspiration. We observe behaviors, decode weak signals and question usages. It’s in these deep waters that we seek an idea worthy of being conceptualized.

Conceptualize
Once the idea is found, we move into a structuring phase that gives a coherent form to what was just an initial feeling. We define the boundaries of the experience, the usages it activates, the situations where it makes sense. We evaluate the most relevant digital medium, determine how it might take shape, and define how it could be deployed. We sketch flows, rules and conditions of adoption. This phase is about translating intuition into systems without losing strength or nuance.

Prototype
Once the concept is formalized, we give it a first tangible form. Prototyping means confronting the idea with reality, both in terms of usage and technical implementation. We build interfaces, journeys, and sometimes simulated experiences to observe what the idea produces once embodied. We collaborate with the Tech division to explore feasibility, anticipate constraints and adjust choices. We analyze behaviors and refine mechanics. A prototype isn’t an end; it is a learning tool that allows us to validate, clarify or revisit what will eventually become a product.
